The Field

This is about tuning the human instrument and entering resonance.

We begin by softening the nervous system, loosening the grip of thought, and opening the body like a flower. From there, the bees meet us not as objects of study, but as kin.

Humming, breath, and gentle movement attune us to the same field of frequency. The hive becomes teacher, the plants become companions, and dialogue flows beyond words.

Together we listen with skin, with heart, with breath. We offer. We receive.
